Enforcement Services Division is charged with policy development and program management responsibilities relating to the Department's bio-terrorism response, commercial and specialized vehicle regulations, vehicle equipment regulation, transportation of hazardous materials and waste, vehicle theft, drug interdiction activities, narcotic and explosive detection canines, Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation Teams, Freeway Service Patrol, investigative activities, and other related matters.

The Division has two subordinate commands. They are:

• Field Support Section
