DRE Program: Recertification

To: Law Enforcement DRE Training Coordinators

To assist Law Enforcement Agencies with the required DRE recertification training, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Academy has developed a recertification class complete with video of actual DRE evaluations. For agencies with a DRE instructor who wish to conduct their own recertification class, materials and videos are available upon request from the CHP DRE Unit at (916) 376-3256.
