To gain a true assessment of the Department's reputation and image, the CHP utilizes a Community Service Survey process. This process encourages the public to participate in CHP operations by providing candid and honest feedback. Completion of the survey enables the CHP to address community concerns, develop solutions to improve traffic safety, and provide higher levels of safety, service, and security.
