The Red Bluff CHP office is excited to announce, as of January 2015, it has started an Explorer Post. Red Bluff CHP Post #130 is currently training four young women and six young men to work in the CHP office, ride along with patrol officers, participate in community events, and attend Explorer competitions state- wide. All of this is geared toward preparing them for a successful career in the CHP. The Explorer program provides young men and women an opportunity to see the inner workings of the CHP and to make lifelong friendships.
If you are interested in a career in law enforcement, are 15-20 years old, have at least a 2.0 GPA, no drug or alcohol use, are a good citizen and have no felony convictions, please contact the Explorer Post Advisor at the Red Bluff CHP office at (530) 527-2034.
