Protective Services Division (PSD) coordinates the collection of crime and incident reports, via the STD. 99, Report of Crimes on State Property Missing/Lost Property, for the Safety Services Program. Section 14613.7 of the Government Code requires state agencies to report all crimes and criminally caused property damage occurring on state owned or leased properties to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). The CHP is then required to compile all information received and report to the state Legislature when requested. The completed STD 99 shall be forwarded to your local CHP office.
