Applicant Preparation Program
Things to keep in mind when attending APP workouts: We encourage you to wear a white t-shirt (crew neck), bearing your last name on the back, dark colored bottoms and athletic shoes suitable for working out. Don't forget to bring water!
When you arrive, please standby your vehicle and wait for further instructions. You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat or towel for the grass/ground.
** Do not forget to complete the APP waiver to Participate **
