Applicant Preparation Program
Attendees shall wear appropriate athletic workout attire free of any large logos or inappropriate material. However, Applicants are encouraged to wear solid dark blue t-shirts. Attendees should bring necessary items such as a workout towel and proper hydration .
First-time attendees of the APP Workouts are required to print out, complete, and bring with them to workout, the Applicant Preparation Program (APP) Waiver. Applicants will not be allowed to participate without having a form on file.
