Master Service Agreement

 

CHP MSA 15C029004 with Inter-Con Security Systems will end on January 31, 2019. Inter-Con Security Systems has declined to amend for an extension of time. State agencies will need to make other arrangements if services are needed at their locations.


Due to a protest being filed on DGS’ Unarmed Guard MSA solicitation – CHP has processed an amendment to extend the term of CHP MSA 16C029005, with National Security Industries. New term end date will be July 31, 2019 or UPON EXECUTION OF NEW MSA (whichever is sooner).

CHP MSA 16C029005 may be used for services in the following counties:
Region 2 - Calaveras, Fresno, Inyo, Kern, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, Mono, Monterey, San Benito, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, Santa Cruz, Stanislaus, Tulare, Tuolumne.
Region 4 – Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara and Sonoma

Primary MSA Agreement # 15C029004 (PDF)with Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. went in to effect March 1, 2016.

 

MSA Agreement # 15C029004 (PDF) Amendment 1 has been approved effective 03/01/2017. Amendment was necessary to update hourly rates to reflect current CalHR wage and blended benefit rates. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

MSA Agreement # 15C029004 (PDF) Amendment 2 has been approved. Amendment was necessary to extend the agreement term one (1) year, as allowed by the original agreement. Agreement will now end January 31, 2019. All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
