Chowchilla River Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) is proud to serve Merced County providing safety, service, and security by monitoring the commercial industry. As part of the CHP’s Central Division, our office is adjacent to northbound State Route 99 at the south end of Merced County. We offer a number of programs aimed at keeping you safe on the road and highway. Our main focus is commercial enforcement and education.
