​The California Highway Patrol (CHP) Oceanside Area is proud to serve the North County region providing safety, service and security to thousands of residents, commuters, and tourists each day. As part of the CHP’s Border Division, our office patrols Interstate 5, State Route 78, Interstate 15, and all unincorporated portions of State Route 76 as well as several hundred miles of unincorporated county roadways in Rancho Sana Fe, Bonsall, Fallbrook, Valley Center and Palomar Mountain. We offer a number of programs designed to keep you and your loved ones safe on the road and on the highway.
