(735) King City

The California Highway Patrol, King City Area is interested in establishing an Explorer Post. CHP Explorers are an integral part of the Department's operations and are provided many and varied opportunities to train, prepare and experience the duties of a CHP Officer. Explorers are introduced into the CHP, as they are guided by the core values of "CHP PRIDE": Courage, Honesty, Professionalism, Principles, Respect, Integrity and Esprit De Corp. Explorers participate in community events and attend Explorer competitions locally, regionally and nationally.

The King City Area is actively seeking motivated applicants, aged 15-21, who meet the qualifications for our training and mentoring program. Explore a career in law enforcement and serve your community. For further information, please contact the CHP King City Area at 831-385-3216 or visit the office at 2 Broadway Circle, King City, CA, 93930, during business hours and ask to speak to an explorer advisor.
